How to query by texture of image in web has also been studied in this thesis . there are two methods that have been mentioned : ( 1 ) using distance of spatial histogram to measure the similarity between images ; ( 2 ) using distance of a composed of four features detected from spatial dependent matrix to measure the similarity between images 在这一部分，采用了两种不同的纹理特征描述方法，分别是： ( 1 )利用图像灰度直方图距离度量图像纹理的相似度； ( 2 )利用图像灰度共生矩阵的四个特征值：均匀度、对比度、相关和熵所构筑的向量距离来度量图像纹理的相似度。
